Many of our Partners use both Managed Workplace and our Avast Security Solutions. The transaction completed today, February 1, 2019. In addition, Barracuda has become a master reseller of Avast Business CloudCare, Management Console, and Antivirus (hereinafter referred to as “Avast Security Solutions”).
We are pleased to announce that we have entered into an agreement with Barracuda Networks, Inc., a trusted partner, and a leading provider for cloud-enabled security solutions, under which they have acquired the Managed Workplace business from Avast.
